James Daly, Managing Director of Medipure says " Our aim is not to test the short term memory of individuals but to empower them through the learning process to apply the knowledge gained. This will be in the form of a practical project in their workplace. The quality of the completed project will get them a competence certificate from the Academy which will form a part of their training package in their workplace They can be judged on the usefulness of such approach and the impact this will have in the workplace. This legacy, part of the quality systems in place, is a dynamic, innovative and tangible approach to training people."
